Service Description

This service includes transportation and guidance in understanding information provided at any appointment that may include changes in health status and or medication changes if the client has questions or concerns . Information provided does not recommend client to change or ignore changes or information provided at any appointment, information provided by My Natural Calling Senior Services is for clarification to what the client was told/ informed by Physician, Physician Assistant and or Nurse Practitioner. Physical or Occupational Therapist or any other Medical Professional that is primary, assisting or providing any information that pertains to the client ongoing medical care needs

Cancellation Policy

A 24hr cancelation notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. Deposits can be used for reschedule dates within one week from cancelation date or be used for a different service on the same date and time as the original service appointment. Cancellations not within a 24hr time frame will be forfeited and the deposit will be applied as a booking fee
