Service Description

When a family or and or an individual need more resource time in creating and establishing a plan for In Home Care Services or a Transition to a Facility Setting, a flat rate fee can be arranged . This typical plan would exceed a one week time period, but limited to one month, an example of this type of arrangement is : Consultation Sessions are needed multiple times to discuss changes and or add additional services requests. Multiple Caregivers, CNAs, Attendants , Home Health Aides and or Direct Care Workers Meet & and Greets are scheduled multiple times ( more that 3) while families or individuals are interviewing and decision making. This flat rate can range from $300 -1 500 and will be decided at the initial Meet & Greet with a family member (s) POA or the individual seeking Consultation Referrals and or Care Services once a time frame has been determined. Full payment is due at initial Meet & Greet or when a decision to proceed has been reached. This flat rate does not include finders fees for staffing of Caregivers, CNAs, Attendants, Home Health Aides or Direct Care Workers referred by My natural Calling Senior Services listed in pricing plans.

Cancellation Policy

A 24hr cancelation notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. Deposits can be used for reschedule dates within one week from cancelation date or be used for a different service on the same date and time as the original service appointment. Cancellations not within a 24hr time frame will be forfeited and the deposit will be applied as a booking fee
