Service Description

I will monitor the care provided in-home, or in a facility setting. Report back all pertinent information, changes, and concerns that will impact continuing care services, or modifying care services based on my report. This particular service is not used often, but is very important to all families and more so to those who live in a different state than their loved one, this service will also increase the chance that your expectations of caregivers and facility staff are being met and continue to each day.

Cancellation Policy

A 24hr cancelation notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. Deposits can be used for reschedule dates within one week from cancelation date or be used for a different service on the same date and time as the original service appointment. Cancellations not within a 24hr time frame will be forfeited and the deposit will be applied as a booking fee
