Service Description

In case I am unavailable to provide a service, I can assist in locating a caregiver(s) to fit your service needs. By networking with other Independent Contractors I have access to Service Providers that are trained, experienced in providing quality care services to a diverse Senior Community. A complete Background Check, Reference Check, & Certification Verification is included, A Pre- Interview with each potential candidate is arranged to discuss each possible clients case to ensure the right candidate is selected.

Cancellation Policy

A 24hr cancelation notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. Deposits can be used for reschedule dates within one week from cancelation date or be used for a different service on the same date and time as the original service appointment. Cancellations not within a 24hr time frame will be forfeited and the deposit will be applied as a booking fee
