Listen Look & Ask is a technique I developed working as an Outsourced CNA through staffing agencies in Skilled Care Nursing Homes in the state of Michigan, being an Outsourced CNA, working possibly in a different Nursing Home weekly and sometimes daily I had to develop a way to provide care services to residents I had no history with, meeting them for the first time when I was assigned to the facility they lived. The Listen Look and Ask technique I developed allowed me to enter any setting, receive very minimum information from staff and perform to the expectations and above as a Outsourced CNA. I perfected the skill so proficiently that facilities staffing supervisors would offer me weekly and monthly open spots on their schedule in advance. It has been many years since Listen Look & Ask was developed by hands on interaction it still works today in an industry that has become filled with technology devices and online resources that work, but cannot replace human interaction, nurturing, and physical engagement.

Cancellation Policy

A 24hr cancelation notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. Deposits can be used for reschedule dates within one week from cancelation date or be used for a different service on the same date and time as the original service appointment. Cancellations not within a 24hr time frame will be forfeited and the deposit will be applied as a booking fee
