Service Description

I will manage routine medication, set up medication for administering daily, weekly or monthly. I will ensure all medication is delivered routinely, and timely, report all changes and routine discrepancies if there are inconsistencies. This service fee is based on the number of medications and number of visit times to manage and monitor all medications. This service is very important, it will eliminate medication errors, keep families updated on any medication changes, and ensure medication is delivered on time routinely, this service also offers being present to ensure medication is taken daily and on time especially with those who are in the beginning stages of Dementia and may need daily reminders. It will assist those who have disabilities that may at time alter the physical ability to take medication as scheduled such as individuals who may have a neurological condition such as Parkinson's Disease , Strokes, Seizures, and Dementia. These are the most common conditions that can at times interfere with medication being taken properly and on time.
