In this session I offer to you 43 years of acquired information on how to successfully provide the 3 tiers of services ( Companionship, Non-Skilled Care, and Skilled Care -(Palliative & Hospice) that each healthcare worker will have direct interaction with this community of individuals and families that will at some point rely on professional health care services in their home or in a facility setting that is discussed in the classroom settings of Organizations, Community & University Institutions, yet lack the vital individual need to know information that I will provide. My non-text book 2-part session I will provide the how to in providing Consumer Expected Quality Care to the community in Culture, Generational Era, and Lifestyles specific to each individual, or family. The healthcare worker that this session will help in having a pleasant, safe and successful work environment and Career is anyone who works within the Healthcare System regardless of the department and or duties, we are all Healthcare Care Providers. My session will provide a variety of ways to advance within the industry, create income growth in specializing care services, know when to move on for your best interest and for the best interest for those in the community that rely on us daily. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a Session or a Course, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours per option. Cancelations requesting a refund; all refunds will be returned in the manner payment was received, refunds will be returned based on the method of the Financial Institution, Credit Card or App. My Natural Calling Senior Services has no control on the refund process, a notification will be emailed to the address listed in your contact information that a refund has been processed. If a refund is requested and approved past the 24hr period, a partial refund of 50% will be issued in the same manner that the payment was received. A partial refund of 50% will be issued based on the method of the Financial Institution , Credit Card, or App. My Natural Calling Senior Services has no control on the refund process, a notification will be sent to the email address in your contact information that a request for a refund has been processed.
